Parfait does mean perfect in French, which is fitting, since these frozen yogurt parfaits are perfectly easy, perfectly refreshing, perfectly delicious, and a perfect make-ahead frozen summer treat. Michelle: So anyhooo. this has nothing to do with frozen yogurt. lol. Im just not exactly sure where to put in my food wish request. I checked the blog page but didnt see a spot so I thought Id ask here. in a spot with not a million comments. Randomly just now a mousakka (sp) recipe showed up in my feed. About 15 seconds in, I thought This looks delicious, but I know Chef John's would be perfect. and came to find your recipe. To my surprise, there is only a 14 year old video showing up and it's labed as a shepherds pie mousakka but that was all. My request is mousakka made by you that is a traditional style. Ive never had it, but like I said your recipes are perfect and havent failed me yet. Would love to see you revisit it so I can try! Thanks for a bunch of amazing grub!

I find this so funny when Americans love saying things twice like 'Apple cider' isn't it so hilarious that they love to repeat themselves. Anyway NOT ANYWAYS jezzezaazzeeesszz! the French unlike the Americans know a thing or two lol!

What, throw in heroin?

What's wrong with Gay maple syrup? Thanks for the simplicity, and the granola tutorial, because kids these days lack the patience that their parents never instilled in them.

Chef John, your minds must be linked! I make a fresh batch of yogurt yesterday and was wanting to make frozen yogurt with some and now you are here with the recipe!
