As a French, its quite sad yet funny to see the whole English speaking world enraptured by Ramsays food and here over his pastries. I mean. this millefeuille looks hidious, it looks like it doesnt even hold by itself, the three layers are as 3D as Mount Everest and this vanilla filling is so thick and not evenly distributed. Look up what a millefeuille framboise is supposed to look like. Now im sure it tastes agood.

I know he is the chef and all, but i whould have Done it a bit different, 1 cut the pastry in 3 parts befors the oven. 2 the parts that go as base and middle pocked a fork in them in different places to not let them Rise so much and stop them from crumbling and then let the top part to Rise and the puffy.

When I have made this in the past, I cooked the puff pastry between two baking sheets so that it didnt rise so much. Had more layers of stuff and much less precariously balanced. Topped it off with a tiny bit of dark chocolate sauce.

I just take wafer cookies, and whipping cream, make about 4 layers, set in fridge for at least 4 hours and when it comes out its amazing, cream cookie is my fav dessert, like I dont have the skill to make desserts like Gordon lmaoo.

I could actually frickin make this Finally, something easy I also wouldnt bother with layering it; with how crumbly the pastry is, it seems like itd create quite the mess trying to slice through the three layers at once.

Too tall. would be better off baking it whole, cutting it in half, then pipe it with the cream and add the raspberries, that way it wont completely crumble while serving that beast lol

With all the respect but that Has nothing to do with milles feuilles. By the way you forgot to put some sweet in the cream you just put cream and orange zest.
