just a thought: Prosciutto Crudo (Parma Ham) is already salty enough, by frying it brings all the saltiness out at the surface. Why add some more salt on the eggs? Also, what kind of butter: salted or unsalted? - it makes a difference

So my hollandaise sauce turned out tasting eggy (Im not sure if its supposed to taste like that) and it wasnt the consistency of sauce like in the video, it turned out more whipped cream, anyone know how to fix this?
