Mr. Ramsey, although I love your cooking, I feel as though your methods are a tad off compared to the way I have been taught. No disrespect to your teaching but I have several questions. Why did you not sift your flour? Why the combination of olive oil and butter considering olive oils high smoke point? Maybe it is different in England but how come you used a cast iron skillet instead of a non stick pan. In my experience non stick gives pancakes its most even colour. Thanks Ryan

Good video The zoom is fine because I like seeing whats going on up close. I would like measurements on all the recipes though some omit them. Overall awesome looking food Also could add lemon ricotta pancakes with a blueberry syrup: )

I just want to make crispy pancakes. Also, Im trying to avoid my pancakes tasting either too oily, or too doughy. Ive been to one place which cooks their pancakes perfectly, and they refuse to give me the recipe.

Nice, but the soundtrack makes it really hard to focus on the food preparation. I dont work in a restaurant - I dont like the adrenaline approach. Tone it down, please.

A lot of people go for the lime taste, I just cant ever get into it. Like scallops, most dishes serve it with a lime sauce which does not appeal to my palate the slightest.

Not a big fan of blueberries though. I prefer stong flavoured sour cherries for pancakes. Blueberries can sometimes be quite bland in taste I feel. Even the fresh ones.
