Please help me, I have done this cake too many times before but this time its not as good as the ones before. I may have not waited for the custard to fully cool before adding the whipped cream, so it's a little bit more liquidy than creamy, and the cake itself needed 25 minutes but was too soft in the middle and I ended up breaking it while transforming it maybe also because it was warmIt's now in the fridge, I hope I am just panicking and it will be good, but I am just not sure. Have that ever happened with you?

Pretty please help me. This recipe is so amazing but as soon as I was done baking the base for 25 minutes, the cake sank in the middle, making the shape concaved with a hard edge. Also the top part of the cake separated on its own from the pan which makes the shape even weirder like an upside-down bowl. What did I do wrong? I'd like to try making it again but I'm afraid of experiencing the same thing. Many thanks

I've been hunting recipes and watching videos of flourless chocolate cakes for 2 days now. FINALLY this one is it (Making it tonight) You separate the eggs, add cocoa powder not just chocolate and where I planned to add espresso powder to the cake you went one better with the mousse. (I might only have gelatin sheets if at all so I might need to alter the mousse) I'll let you know how it works for me

I made this cake for one of my sister's birthday last week. I topped it with a thin layer of semi-sweet chocolate ganache instead of cocoa powder. This really turned out fantastic Amazing taste and texture Thank you

I always get confused, when baking, should we use unsalted butter or salted? I'm worried if salted will affect the overall taste and in most recipes I've seen, it isn't classified which to use.
