This my friends, is Italian pasta cooking at it s best! A few simple main ingredients including; sausages, cima di rapa, garlic and chilli. If you don t have cima di rapa don't be put off, just try with broccoli instead. Whether you are feeding the farmer or the family, this is such a simple dish that is perfect to knock up during the week

I want to ask, its maybe quiet offending for some of the Italian, but does a cloves of garlic and half of the chilli could make a great flavour? , Cause for me as an asian, we used to eat a tons of garlic and chili in 1 plate of dish, i find it not strong enough, especially if u addin that tons of vegs and pasta: (, sorry

Sad to see this charismatic italian gentleman out of house and home. Truly inspirational that he's still committed to his dreams of being a cooking presenter. A TRUE testament to the resiliency of the Human Spirit. I wish him all the best.

We just had this for dinner. Amazingly good! I used Broccoli and German sausages, since I couldn't get the Italian ones. I'm looking forward to get my hands on some cima di rapa. Thanks for this recipe!

is this guy even italian. or a chef? this looks like something my mum would knock up the day before a shop. he sounds like a cockney swindler trying to convince people he's an italian chef lmao

How can you eat something thats still cooking? Don't chefs understand the concept of heat? Are they immune to 2nd degree burns? You're gonna have to let things cool down before you serve it to me.

We've tried cooking this and it tastes amazing! We've found that the taste is even more intense if you use chicken stock in the place of the pasta water you ladle onto the sausage pasta.

I absolutely love this guy! He's having great fun sharing his dishes with us. My great grandfather was named Gennaro, born in Naples and came to the USA in 1901.

This is the best thing I have ever seen. Gennaro is A great man. To share food is the greatest thing we can do for each other. Gene from Staten Island.
