Plus, Jamie shares a delicious smoked trout recipe that elevates those perfect puds to the next level. Maxx: Some years back I first brought Yorkies into my Sunday lamb roast (I am Australian) from one of your Foodtube videos. Now if I don't have them with the roast the kids are not happy and will tell me that the entire meal. They just love filling them up full of gravy and eating them by hand. Never understood why they didn't take off in Australia, but for my family they are now a staple.

I want to make this recipe, but my wife has a citric acid allergy so she cant have the lemon. Do you think some white wine vinergar in place of it would do the job?

Love British food. Such a good memories from being abroad. Could watch it being made for hours. Certainly need more of videos like this.
