We like to cook at our house. Sadly, the kitchen isn't big enough for all our kit. This was the final recipe in a full day of shooting so things got a bit chaotic. We also have 3 boys who create a bit of mayhem. Apologies if our crowded kitchen offends thee. I can assure you that it's a clean kitchen. just heavily cluttered.

Lol, I bet you're great fun to watch a movie with. That Indiana Jones guy could do with a shave, and his fingernails are FILTHY Or watching Nightmare on Elm Street. His fingernails are RUSTY for goodness sake. Did you see that jumper? What filth Lighten up, eat some street food, it'll heal your aching soul: )

Hey man, I made these the night my mom announced she had cancer. Your food lifted everyone's spirits up and we could only talk about how good it was. So not only does your food taste damn good, it makes people happy. Now mom is kicking cancers as by the way. So keep on rockin and adding those chillieeeeees!

Absolutely delicious and packed with flavour. I improvised on the spices with what I can get in Peru and substituted the cabbage for lettuce which is also hard to get here, but still it was amazing. I love this simple dynamic recipe. Thank you.
