Jamie, your cooking has inspired me to cook myself, I turned 16 and was living my grandma who couldn't cook for her self. And i had no cooking knowledge what so ever, I tried those books you get from the shopping supermarket but none really worked well. your cooking has taught me a few things. and because of that I am cooking delicious meals every day. and for that I thank you. you truly are a king: )

IMO, salads and sea salt is not a good combination. The little chunks of sea salt ruins it for me. I prefer using fine table salt or preferably, just dilute the salt in the dressing.
