Nice one Gennaro, looks beaut. I've used anchovies in a few recipes. They go well with lamb which surprised me when I first tried it. Very versatile ingredient. I'm going to give your porchetta recipe a go this Christmas as well, must have watched and drooled over that video a thousand times

We made this in grade 10 home economics this guy isn t Italian, his English accent comes through several times in this vid. Also the chicken would be well over cooked if you use his suggested time.
