So I have a bit of weird question. I have heard that soaking certain grains like rice overnight helps to rid the rice of inhibitors that impedes full utilization of the rice's nutrients. I'm not sure if that is exactly true, but if it is, then can you still cook a risotto with soaked rice? It would be pretty great if you could get better nutrition and still get delicious creamy risotto.

Where are the instructions and the recipe? The video doesn't tell us much at all about cooking time and actual ingredients, it's not in the description either, terrible. Food Wishes is much better than this rubbish.
