I tried it today. the batter worked perfectly but I think you should'v added salt to it because it was kinda flavourless. I didn't actually like the dipping sauce maybe because of the mint, I preferred it to be whitish and creamy. And maybe some potato wedges with meal would be much more delicious. thanks anyway

the chef shouldn't make the guest do all the dirty work. In the first half, I think it would be better to ask the guest to make the batter, while the cooking guy would peel the shrimps
