Jamie, I really enjoy your videos, I'm a brazillian guy and i loved this video. I'm flattered to know that you like Brasil. Even if i don't. haha I choosed to study gastronomy just because the Jamie's Dream School videos about food and meat. Thank you for not leaving us alone, and keep doing videos for your fans. I would LOVE if you make your own version of the Brazillian dish called Feijoada that came with the slaves from Africa. As an addicted to Caipirinha, a little advice on how you cut the limes: always cut off the white part (in the middle. It makes the Caipirinha (and any other drink with lime such as this Caipiroska) bitter. Nonetheless, I will try your version! :-)

That was clearly an adaptation of the traditional Caipiroska. Looks great though. Just hope in Brazil you had the chance to have the real deal. the Caipirinha! Cachaca is now relatively easy to find in Europe/USA so enjoy. Cheers

In which planet is it a caipiroska? Our caipiroska is just vodka, sugar, lemon and 3 ice cubes. with this amount of crushed ice is a FROZEN CAIPIRINHA. Is really simple to be so wrong

Brazilian secret: The lemon center leaves the bitter drink and it is a very common mistake, cut the center off, then you will have a drink really as we take it here.

Don't get me wrong, but honestly it's not caipinha, either caipirioska. I love your job, but u should search before. Every step is wrong. All of them. :(
