I love Sorted and Kerryann, but these Save With videos are unreal. I'm just going to stumble across berries and grow my own herbs? Because what poor people have instead of money is time to farm and forage.

Rhubarb is pretty tart, while blackberries are sweeter. Also, it's too late in the year for rhubarb, so this time of the year it's probably cheaper to use tart apples anyway.

well unfortunately in middle eastern countries rhubarb and blackberries both very hard to find and expensive. not really money saving except if you live in england maybe.

In the autumn, apples are definitely what I'd replace the rhubarb with. Wish I'd known this when we were trying to use up all those apples from the garden.
