Simone, I have to ask you - whenever I muddle raspberries and then try and strain (with both the shaker's strainer and then a tea strainer, like you do here, the tea strainer gets gummed up with raspberry mush instantly and nothing gets through it; I end up not using the tea strainer at all and then the drink has lots of raspberry mush in it, which isn't always ideal if I'm going for a clear drink. I know you don't muddle in this video but it just made me think of this problem I always have - do you have any advice/tips/tricks that could possibly fix that problem? You would have my gratitude athousandfold if so (: Love the drink by the way, looks delicious: D

People may think this is just scripted or just for the camera but in all honesty I have known Simone for a while and he is as crazy off camera as what he is on. Salute.
