While watching this video, I couldn't help but. well, drool a little! Then I was inspired buy the initial production, after the sauce and tail meat, was thinking of an open face, with some smoked gouda, or smoked cheddar, then broil till cheese melts? what are your thoughts. Happy Holidays: )

Shame it's not Maine lobster (he said with bias, being from Boston/New England, but you did that lobster proud. Not a lot of overpowering seasonings in the dressing, which will help the taste of that sweet lobster meat stand out. Good job, DJ BBQ!

I've never had a Lobster Roll, but I'm dying to try one! This looks SO good! I had a little bit of Lobster when I was 15 and didn't care for it, but my taste buds have changed and now just waiting to try it again! TFS!

I'm not really a seafood fan aside from calamari. I've also never tried lobster before due to price but does slice cheese go well with it in a roll? Love your videos.
