Wow your whole weeks daily calorific intake in one bowl. dried fruit loaded absolutely loaded with nasty refined sugars, granola is so unhealthy, stick to good old oatmeal with a serving of wheat bran, berries, banana, and almond milk with some cinnamon in the morning for slow realising energy, fibre, protein, calcium, and the cinnamon regulates insulin in the blood thus keeping our blood sugar levels stable, avoiding hunger pangs well until lunch.

The 15th of this month marked the year as the official day of the Food Revolution, was a success, but every day this revolution must continue. Children have to have a healthy diet every day, they are the future of our planet, so continue with the Revolution, educate their children show what healthy eating is able to do, make your world better.

- Awesome to see young kids doing videos on food tube. Can't think of a better way to get kids more excited about food and cooking than have other kids their own age reach out to them. Amber - Loved the video. Looking forward to more from you. Keep up the awesomeness.

Could you like roast all the nuts night before and then eat it in the morning? Or does it still have to be warm? Because I would want to like roast all the nuts at weekend and then eat a small portion for breakfast each day of the week, would that work? Xx

yeah kid wait until you go to college. I hope by then you still have the time and passion to make good stuff. Of course, you'll also likely to pay your groceries and cooking utilities. Enjoy now when your parents pay for everything you like to play with.

love this! amber, you're adorable and a really great host. i've been making granola for a couple years now and i just change up the flavors for each season. you can also use applesauce or banana puree instead of honey to sweeten and flavor it!

I really like your recipe but I'd also really appreciate it if you also gave the amounts of the ingredients you use in grams for your viewers all around the globe who use a metric system! Nethertheless a great video! Keep it up, Amber! :)

Tip: put the seeds in the food processor, because most of the times we don't chew them specially the smaller ones like chia or flaxseeds, that way your body will absorb more the nutrients

It's a shame it's not already mandatory for children to learn about food, it's important I wish I would of had more of a learning in schools but glad my mum and grandma taught me a lot

As for the recipe, i think its too much carbs and fats in this breakfast. I know that in morning our body needs some energy and stuff, but for me, it's too much)
