Always happy to find a new vegan recipeeeee! Nice to find the happy pear, never seen any of your stuff before but I'm totally getting this. Tim just looks healthier and healthier as time goes on. I've gone from pescatarian to vegetarian in one year and gradually finding enough vegan recipes to start to transition to vegan now. I'm not going to go raw though. Yum yum, trying these 'meatballs' today. X

Sounds gorgeous, can't wait to try this with my fiancee: D hyped. Already rolling my eyes at people bashing vegetarian/veganism so far though. sigh. Especially the nit pickers and ignorant where do you get your protein people. You guys do realize Quinoa is high in protein right in this recipe for starters?

I will have to try this! It's much healthier than the cheesy recipe I currently use, although my secret to great vegetarian meatballs is, after you bake them, throw them in the oven with 1. 5'' veggie broth and cover with foil to steam. That way they are really moist and juicy like real meatballs.

Sounds and looks great! :) What I like is all the possibilities that come with that recipe, we can completely change the dish by changing the veggies and/or adding spices, I love that kind of base recipes that you can adapt with whatever you want or have in your fridge: ) thanks for sharing!

You shouldn't feed bread to sucks, it's bad for them and can harm ducklings growth. You should feed them uncooked oats and cooked rice, peas, sweetcorn, chopped lettuce or other greens or vegetable peels.

Nice recipe, guys! I can't wait to try it myself. Love your passion! On a different note, I find quinoa flakes are another great way to bind while still maintaining a gluten free recipe. :)

Really tasty recipe! These are great served on their own as a snack/side or party food with some sweet chilli dipping sauce. The lemon and sweet chilli flavours are great together.
