It's amazing to see these behind the scene videos. My in-laws live 20 minutes from Fifteen in Cornwall and it's become a tradition that every visit we take the family to Fifteen for breakfast and then take the dogs onto Watergate Bay beach which has become our favourite beach in the world. Thank you Jamie for setting up a Fifteen in Cornwall, it's an amazing place, I love seeing how the local community and local produce is included in the resturant. Also, love the coocked lettuce, something I would never have tried but I followed Jamies Chicken pie recipe in the 30 minute meals book which had cooked lettuce and peas and oh my gosh it was AMAZING! The chicken pie was incredible too, I often do it if we have lots of people round: )

The best people, the best staff, excellent ideas for each menu, so is the Fifteen, so are Jamie's Italian, Jamie's Trattoria! Yesterday I was in Jamie's Italian Brazil and want to leave just registered my compliment to the team, the management and all who work there, it was a very special day, and was very well received, great food, great service, happy people with delicious smiles to see, cozy atmosphere, I felt at home again and again. Thank you Jamie for us to provide Jamie's Italian here in Brazil!

Please check the Fifteen in Amsterdam which definitely does not seem on par with this Fifteen. Service is great and such but the food is just plain, I followed recipes on foodtube which came out better than the food there sometimes. This is not hating or anything but really a warning, you seem to keep high standards for these restaurants you need to do the same for Amsterdam!

Wish everyone would use their cutlery properly, seems like most dont anymore. people are taught how to cut with a knife but not taught how to use a knife and fork at the dinner table. Jamie uses them exactly right.

I was at Fifteen a few weeks back and the students were getting ready to take over the kitchen! The food there is so great right now, can't wait to visit on my next trip: )
