Katie - thanks so much for this simple yet tasty looking recipe! I had a friend in university (30 yrs ago) who had the amazing ability to make one pan meals like this and they were great! Some of them had uncooked rice and the juices from the meat and veg would cook the rice to perfection along with everything else. She would make each persons meal in aluminum pie plates, serve, eat, burp and toss the plates in the garbage when finished! The only cleanup was the cutlery and the chefs knife - perfect for busy students!

I really like the idea of this and it looks very gorgeous and yummy but i have to complain that you are promoting the use of so much tin foil Aluminium is one of the highest energy requiring ressources we use in our everyday life and you should rather promote using less of it. Still i like the idea of having less to wash after cooking but is it really so hard to wash a tray in addition to the board, the plates and the cup? I think that should be fine Please think about our environment folks Greetings

Will defiantly be doing this one for xmas this year, as it's just me and my hubby, and I don't want all the fuss and be on my feet long as I'm pregnant, and the last thing I want to be doing is cooking, cleaning and rushing about! we have a pork belly instead that I will crisp up and do the same as you with stuffing, YUMMY (Turkey is TOO expensive here in NZ and I've NEVER seen them like that here before ) Thanks for such an easy idea! You've made my day so easy and stress free!

Dear Jamie Oliver (not PR Team, Would you be so delightful to bring your wonderful restaurants here in sunny, sunny California. IT would be quite an honor to have one of the world's most renown and richest chef in the world. Please put one right next to the, British Bull Dog, Gordy's restaurant. It would be an absolute privilege to boat about Los Angeles regarding to Jamie Oliver. Respectfully and from your Admirer, Joseph Yi

I'm so glad to see someone else doing Yorkshire pudding with poultry, we've had this combo since my first roast as a child. But when you eat out and go for a traditional roast chicken/turkey there's no bloody yorkies! What gives!

This is just genius! Katie my girl- we need more of these 'cut the flaff out' recipe concoctions. Anything with near to zero washing up and you've got me hooked: ) Love your style of presenting- it's like listening to a mate: )

great idea, lovely dinner! however I do not use any aluminum pans or foil as it is poisonous to humans and cause Alzheimer's disease. a nice stainless roasting pan will work for me with ceramic ramekins for the Yorkshire.

Great idea, very practical, you can use this idea to prepare various recipes and transports them to the home of friends in a community Christmas dinner where everyone brings a dish. Very cool, thanks for sharing.
