Excellent wing doc! I'm absolutely going to try making that sauce this summer. On a much smaller scale of course. I'll import those yellow peppers if I have to. I'll use shoulder/neck and shred that up after smoking it. Maybe use those peppers in a bbq sauce for it. Feast!

Congratulations! I'am from Brazil and I never saw this kind of spirit in preparing a tradittional US food. I loved it. I'am unemployed and maybe I'll start preparing wings. Great job with this documentary.

That was such an amazing documentary! The winner announcements had me on the edge of my seat! So fun to see that much passion from Randy and the City of Buffalo as well. Wish I could go one day: )
