Speaking of Canada's multiculturalism but nothing about the First Nations culture! I think a series on indigenous foods of various countries (including Canada, of course) would be amazing! Especially if John hosted it; ) Just an idea to throw out there! :D

Looks like Sage (Salvia) in the foreground of the first scene. Beautiful blue flowers, loved by a variety of common and unusual pollinators (such as Hummingbird hawk moth. Probably wrong, but I'll post it here nonetheless. P. S. Nice haircut, Mr Quilter: -)

I live on Vancouver Island and have been to Quadra many times. The restraunts here have beautiful fresh seafood dishes. Your right the best oysters ever.
