I was on board until stingers, aka nettles. It's not that I wouldn't like to try them; we simply don't have that sort here in Florida. Hell, I can't even get the produce manager at the local grocery to order in sprouts! :)

Wow, that white cannelloni looks amazing. I always make red one (with tomato sauce. Must try this one. Also I really like to drink stinger tea or brew but never thought of cooking it, nice.
