I don't know why but all his recipes on youtube are always bomb! I have tried over half of them, and most of them are a hit with my family. BUT every single time that i've visited Jamie's, I've always regretted it. I repeat, never, i mean never should you walk into a Jamie's Kitchen just because its near you. You will always regret it. Pastas, pizzas, desserts, EVEN the drinks were a shame. Tasted like cheap cordial. I don't have a single good memory in that restaurant.

Holy crap, how much labor and time goes into this dish. I imagine you'd have to make some pretty big batches, especially for the peperonata. That's cool, but wonder how easy it is to reproduce in the restaurant

I am sorry, but on the new videos I see Jamie's tired eyes, he is probably tired about his financial problems, I really hope he will solve these problems soon as possible!

Ha ha, my father used to clean peppers like that, I learned it from him. That pepper salad looks fabulous. I am going to try it if not the whole dish.
