Oh yeah; that most certainly looks the biz. However, I prefer my scallops married with some bite sized, slow roasted pork belly (melt in your mouth tender, seared just before serving, accompanied by a smooth pea puree, pea shoots (snap) & a balsamic glaze. Fancy a South Coast scallop cook off challenge chef?

Jamie Oliver this was fun to make (the quick recipe dish with the scallops, mint, mash and blood pudding. I learned what I need to improve on and though I was minus the blood pudding (have to hunt for it in my area, the dish turned out great with your tips! Thanks! I never tried mint like that before!

Nice to see some serious greenery in a restaurant dish, to often its lump of meat and pile of carbs, Steak and chips, sausage and mash, pasta and ragu, fish and chips, Chicken curry and rice. blah blah blah.

I just love to listen to Jamie explaining how to prepare his dishes! He's such a great chef and his meals look so delicious! I never tried to make scallops and I'm going to try this recipe. Thank you for sharing

It does look delicious but I've been to Jamie's Italian twice and both times, not a good experience. Food was good but other things weren't so good. Given the price, it's not worth a third attempt for me.

Why do you try so hard to sell the food at your restaurant? Comes off as so fake. the food should sell itself. you must have garbage staff that doesn t meet your standards.

Jamie Oliver doesn't seem to age. He looks like 10 years ago when I was a young boy and watched his show every morning. Maybe it's the clean healthy food that keeps him young

Marketing and promotion is a subtle art form. Overdone it and you will achieve the opposite affect. This dude is now a giant walking commercial. Everything is an advert.

lemon lemon lemon, give it a break ffs, not everyone wants lemon taste in their starters and mains. the zest part at the end would of made me send it back

Tasmanian Scallops are the best. I kid you not. I would always rather them slightly under cooked then over cooked any day. And keep the roe on. Mmmmm
