Hi, nice to see this video of yours, just one question from me, I bought a few boxes of soya sauces, I did not the differences, so I was slow in using them, now they are beyond the expiry date, I thought since they are fermented soya, like soya sauce, they should be the older the better, what do you think, should I still use them or throw them away, I have been keeping them in my fridge, thank you in advance

These shopping videos are the best! I went to my local Korean store & bought the best soy sauce, sesame oil, noodles and the citrus tea in a jar that looks like marmalade. It is so good! I also bought short grain rice and toasted sushi nori. Thank you Maangchi!

Hi!
Do all companies that sell gochujang use the Korean chili pepper? Or do some use other kinds of red pepper?
I just want to make sure I buy from brands that use Korean pepper
