They remind me of a better version of the Chinese Pork Rolls I used to get growing up. My Grandparents lived right on the edge of Chinatown. But this looks so much better! Can't wait to make them and my own Kimchi!

Tip: chop the glass noodle and kimchi in a bowl using kitchen scissors instead of using a knife on a cutting board so that the juice of the kimchi would not go everywhere making a mess

I make something similar like this from Russian and Polish food. We make these buns filled up with sauerkraut and pork. Its so delicious. I make them around Christmas time

Hey maangchi, I'm not a big fan of kimchi myself I find the flavour too overpowering. Is there any alternative that I could add instead? These look so delicious! :)

You know what, I can tell that the filling tastes good. I'm gonna buy some buns and fill it with this filling. Saves me 3 hours of proofing dough.

Very nice dish, I have to try it some day. Personally, I find the yeast dough buns to taste better if you use milk instead of water.
