I could actually make this one and your street toast. I live in rural West Virginia and have very limited access to any type of Asian ingredients except fish sauce and sesame oil they have those at the supermarket, but soybean paste or red pepper paste or chili flakes forget it. When this situation is over I hope to visit my aunt who lives in a big city so I can stock up on ingredients lol.

This is extra fascinating because the layers are basically the beginning steps of ham salad and deviled eggs, but in one sandwich. I'm positive it tastes heckin amazing.
