My roommate bought the wrong type of squid when I asked for a dried squid snack, I tried eating it but it was just too hard to chew so I followed this recipe and made this instead! The batter is so crunchy and tasty! If I make it again next time I will soak the squid for longer because mine was still a bit chewy. Thanks for the great recipe!
