Once again my mouth started watering when the rice was ready. My mother is half Lebanese and I absolutely love rice! I'll definitely be making this. Looks like a good way to use up other veggies you have in the fridge.

Can u make a video how to wash different type mushrooms. Sometimes i bought mushrooms it has dirt on it.
