I'm in western Idaho (USA. This is the first time I've seen any of your videos (I'm not a regular YouTuber, but I watch videos on occasion. I found this one while searching Google for the following: Tidy Rose tomato (since I was looking for pictures of Tidy Rose F1 tomato plants and all, but I found your video instead, and it looked interesting and it was. Thanks for the knowledge!

Love your work and movies, watching from Curacao Dutch Caribbean, made several of your things and they all turned out great except for the carrot butterfly's, tried slicing them in different thicknesses but they keep on breaking, should I blanche them shortly before folding out?

I'm 22 years old, and have yet to try doing this. I've attempted to make cucumber roses and strawberry ones. These look extremely challenging. Yours look pretty good. I know I've commented on your videos a lot. But you seem to be very passionate. (:

BoxtyBrenn I'm from Ireland and I was very interested in seeing how you make the tomato rose. I'm hoping to use this to garnish the prawn cocktails for the Christmas dinner

Love your video and the presentation. I do, however, prefer to work from the bottom-up only because it provides a nice base for the garnish and makes it easier to handle.
