I started watching because the small picture in youtube was great. I kept on watching because of the great harmony between narrator skills, original camera takes and sushi cooking techniques and awesome recipes like the carrot vegan gangster chain. Then came the 2k resolution making it easier to eat the food with my eyes: . Plus - after I first tried sushi in Kiev I got all returning customer discount cards from all the sushi places in thd hood, that is when I decided to make sushi myself, which I did on a regular basis like every week or two weeks max for like 3 years. Even though I don't do itt anymore - I watch youtube videos of you and Hiroyuki Tarada about sushi. Thanks for your great work. Hope you will revisit even the simplest maki sushi recipes, only in 2k resolution. Yours sincerely: Me.

I first looked up how to make art work food for a house warming party my wife & I where throughing & wanted to do something very different. I happen to come across your videos & literally couldn't get enough. My wife & I are artist & have many artists friends & live in a very artsie area. With your help of a very creative way of making sushi along with other creative food creations we had a huge blowout crafty party on a decent budget! Thankyou for all your awesome tips!

Why I watch is I don't much like regular Sushi. I'm not a huge fan of raw fish, disliking basically every sushi I've tried that had fish in it. I watch you because you come up with interesting, different, and unique sushi dishes, some of which don't even have fish in them, so I can eat them, and enjoy them. Example, your Teriyaki Chicken Sushi? I made it, and I loved it! Definitely have to try this one!

I enjoy your videos so much, I want to learn how to make the sushi rolls because I'm planning my son's 50 Birthday, although we are not Japanese the family and I usually get together at a nice Japanese restaurant for his birthday we all enjoy Japanese very much, so this year we want to give him a special Japanese theme Birthday little party for a change! Love watching your videos. My kids are into Asian culture a lot, really a lot, Lol. I happened to like cooking and trying different cuisine. So both came together in a form of a request to make sushi. Thus would be were I was first introduce to your videos. And I must say I've learned a lot. I've tried several of your recipes and they were hits with the kids. Ty and keep up the good work.

why I watch: we've been renovating our place for about 5 years, and now we're finally going to be getting a kitchen back! I miss cooking so much and I want to experiment when I do. I want to make bentos for my fiance and I want to try my hand at sushi as well. I'm going to try and combine them of course. Could you perhaps do a fancy bento ( with cute characters) and incorporate a roll? :D

I started watching your videos to see how to make sushi, and I found your explanations really easy, nice and precise. I managed to prepare some sushi by myself wich is pretty unbelievable. I love sushi, and I love your videos. They're extremely relaxing, and in while I chill out I can learn how to do amazing recipes, wich is nice! Keep going Chef: )
