For me the technique here is really nice in the crock pot cook of the enchiladas. Many years back I had a friend bring a whole slab of enchiladas that were kinda moist but not wet (you could pick up and eat. They were not like the restaurant kind. Mild but just amazing. I have tried to get that recipe. I think your easy enchilada recipe with the crockpot method may be my try.

Yesss girl being authentically you that’s exactly how tortillas should be said! I heard you say in another video that ppl cringe when you pronounce tortillas as it should be said but I never understood that Anyway love your videos and recipes I make them often! I’m suggesting pasta salads cause I’m out of ideas and love me some pasta!

Thank you! I have made your enchiladas from your other recipes and your cookbook. I don't like using the oven in the summer so I will definitely try the crockpot method next time.

That’s how you say it in Spanish. She’s not mispronouncing anything. If you say it a different way, YOU are mispronouncing it.
