FFS. I'm on a keto diet and a very aggressive intermittent fasting protocol. why do I torture myself on fasting days like this? Also. this sauce has a lot in common with a Hungarian Mushroom soup I make. if you added a healthy spoonful of sour cream to this sauce. you'd probably like it.

A nice herbed rice would be good with this. I'd also say maybe a little bit of sundried tomatoes would be good in that sauce. I'd like to try and make this for my boyfriend and I (he does most of the cooking between us.

Gee, that looks sooo good! What could I use beside cheese? I m one of those people that YES, I HATE CHEESE. Yup, I don t even like pizza, lasagna ANYTHING with cheese. Any idea s would be great.
