Got to be the simplest carne asada marinade I've seen so far. Been almost 9 years sense I've had carne asada, as I live in Germany now and we don't have that here. I will be making this for myself and I will make pollo asada for my wife as she likes chicken more the beef. Though I will make burritos for me and Quesadillas for my wife. I'll see if my boys will eat either but not sure if they will eat either or not. Might only eat plain Quesadillas as I know they do like them.
Just need to make real salsa, the stuff here isn't salsa and is way too sweet, like everything that is supposed to be spicy.

Yummy looks so good and one of my favorite quesos I just rip it off and toss it on my tortillas with some Pico de Gallo and bam I m the same though I love the veggies etc I m fortunate my kids are older and will eat any bring haha well that depends on the dish there s probably only it one I can think of that my daughter still doesn t have the pallet for mole my son loves my mole he loves anything. I make he s the best when it comes to being adventurous and trying new foods he s a foodie sat right here watching. With me ty for a beautiful recipe as always xoxo
