Today I am cooking at home and making Chick-Fil-A nuggets at home. The combination of the pickle brine and flour dredge seasoning makes the nuggets taste just like Chick-Fil-A. Ingredients 3/4 to 1 lb ( 340 to 454g ) boneless chicken breast 1/3 cup ( 77 ml ) pickle juice 1 large egg 1/3 cup ( 77 ml )milk cooking oil for frying Flour Dredge INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup ( 98 g) all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp (7 g) dry milk powder 1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp lemon pepper 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

What exactly is pickle brine? Some mixture of vinegar and salt? I don't think that's something I've ever seen in shops here. How would I make it at home? Or what could I use instead?
