Today I am cooking at home and making an easy and simple spaghetti with meat sauce. This is budget-friendly and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 lb ( 454g ) lean ground beef
8 oz (227 g) fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 large bell pepper (diced)
1/2 small onion (diced)
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
24 oz (680 g) pasta sauce of your choice
1/3 cup of water for the empty jar
1/2 to 1 tsp sugar
1 lb (454 g) spaghetti pasta
4 to 5 quarts water for boiling
1/2 Tbsp salt for pasta water
