I usually only have the square wrappers for potstickers, so they end up as triangles because I'm always in a hurry to fry some up
That purse fold looks pretty easy though, definitely gotta add this soup to the rotation this winter because it's just so simple and yummy, plus I can easily reduce the recipe when we don't want leftovers Gracias Mama!

I always cook them separate and then add to the soup, or just spoon the broth over the won tons. If you cook them in the broth then the starch clouds the broth and you lose that clean flavor. I do the same thing with any soup that has pasta. Cooking the pasta in the soup destroys the other flavors.

Add some fresh ginger slices. not peeled. to that broth. and it really adds some great flavor. just strain before you add the won tons: )
