Today I am cooking at home and making vegetable chow mein noodles with an easy sauce. The chow mein sauce can be used with lo mein noodles as well. Sauce ingredients 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold water 2 Tbsp (30 ml) dark soy sauce 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Shaoxing cooking wine (optional) 2 tsp sugar 1 to 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar 2 Tbsp cornstarch Ingredients 6 oz (170 g) chow mein noodles 1 lb (454 g) bean sprouts 8 oz (227 g) cabbage 1 large bell pepper 1/2 small onion 1 medium carrot 5 scallions 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) cooking oil for wok or pan

You're beautiful, you look a lot like my sister, but I miss how your old videos were with less vlog/face to face and just your hands and cooking, like Chef John. This isn't a complaint about seeing your face, I just miss the way the old videos were. Btw, your cookbook made great gifts for the cooks in my family =)

Yay! So so so happy for something other than oyster sauce (patooie. I've had people say it doesn't smell or taste fishy, but I still couldn't wrap my brain around it. This looks delish - thank you!

There are lots of stirfried noidles in the world! We also have some in Korea. Interesing to challenge other recipes abroad. I might to go to the foreign market soon!

Wow looks great, but I m confused at my local spot chow mein crunchy on top this would be lo mein if I was ordering it at place here is it dif in certain locations
