omgosh everything you make looks delicious. I have IBS and can't tolerate spicy. are these spicy? could I use a mild pepper? Any suggestions? Thank you for all you do. It brings me great joy to watch these videos especially the past few days as im dealing with foot sugery and am in Michigan dealing with a huge ice storm but am so lucky we have power. Hi Angelica, I definitely understand about having issues separating eggs. I have severe arthritis, and what I have found works best for me is to crack each egg into a small bowl, fish out the yolk with my fingers into one bowl, and then pour the egg white into another bowl and then repeat. Hope this helps!

These all look great definitely going to try most of them. Especially on Friday's I was hoping someday you would make oxtail soup in the instapot. I have the latest Ninja and know I can use it to make your recipe. Thank you.

Hi A! These are some yummy meatless recipes. I do observe LENT. My Best Friend always told me I should be a vegetarian because I really don't eat much meat. So. these are perfect for me! Everything looks Yummy! Great video.

Watched a hack clip yesterday by a English guy, Barry Lewis. He showed how to separate eggs using one of those hinged tea strainers. You just scoop up the yolks and excess white drains through the holes.

Okay you are supernatural! I mean with one hand and a camera in the other, and talking. you are able to put a piece of plastic wrap over a dish without having to fight it. Humans cannot do that!

That last one. I've always loved cold noodles with a pinch of soy sauce and sesame oil, but always felt something was missing. Know I know it was peanut butter. Mindblown
