My favorite. I just made it yesterday. We like rhe hot curry, which isn't very hot at all. You, can use any meat you want but my family likes chicken. I have used beef, pork, shrimp and vegetarian, but not Hamberger. I will have to try Hamberger next time.

I've been using the S&B Curry Mix cubes for years. It's a great product. My variation uses Chicken, Mushrooms, Onions, and Water Chestnuts. Now I'm going to give it a try with ground beef. Thanks for the recipe idea. Take care.

Something I like to do is add a can of coconut milk in place of 2 cups of water. Makes it a little more creamy and delish.
