Ingredients 1 lb (454 g) fresh strawberries 1 large egg 3 Tbsp (45 ml) cooking oil 1/3 cup (78 ml) milk 2/3 cup (135 g) sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp strawberry extract 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 Tbsp (12 g) sugar (for cake pan) 8-inch round cake pan

Wow, that looks delicious and easy. I have berries from our blackberry, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry bushes. I froze them. What would you suggest? Thaw of use frozen?
