You should of saved this for 4/20. That is the only time I think I would ever think to make this and I don't even smoke. I would just give it to my friends and watch their reactions.

I m wondering what happens to the texture of the popcorn kernels when they absorb the moisture from the mayo. Maybe you have to eat it quickly- before that happens?

I ve never heard of Popcorn Salad either, but I m that type that will try any food once. Like that saying goes Try it you might like it.
