Today I am making shrimp boil in a bag with a delicious Tajin lime butter sauce. You can make these into shrimp boil foil packs, but today I am using parchment paper bags. Dinner is going to be easy and delicious.
Ingredients
1 lb (454 g) frozen extra-large shrimp
12 oz (340 g) smoked sausage
1 1/2 lbs (680 g) potatoes (par-boiled)
3 to 4 ears of sweet corn
4 jalapenos
1 large red onion
3 to 4 limes
4 parchment paper bags (or foil)
BUTTER SAUCE
2 sticks (227 g) salted butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 to 2 tsp Tajin
1 Tbsp (15 ml) hot sauce of choice
juice of 1 lime
2 scallions
1/2 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
BAKE at 425 F for 20 to 25 minutes
