When I saw this at a buffet, I tried it only once because peeling the shell was not an easy task. Half the shrimp was lost in the process. The flavor was great but the work to get to the shrimp wasn t ideal for me. I m going to try your recipe to see how it comes out.

I don't think I could get the legs and shells down. Even my cat separates the shells, but the dog doesn't cuz he doesn't chew. He swallows everything whole.

This looks great! If I peel the shrimp and dredge it, will it have the same crunchy consistency as it does with the shell on after it's cooked?

They serve this dish at my local Chinese restaurant and it s one of my favorites I totally eat it with the shell on
