Today I am making one of the easiest and quickest beef stews using only 3 ingredients. The use of the Instant Pot makes this a quick dinner recipe idea. You can also build on this recipe to make the stew heartier. Ingredients 2 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast meat 10. 5 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 packet or envelope of onion soup mix 1 cup water (exclude water if using a slow cooker) salt and pepper to taste if necessary Crockpot cook time 6 to 8 hours on low

Hello! First of all did you cut your hair or is it just up in back? I have not had beef stew since my Grandson made it a few years ago. It just seems like a waste for me to cook for 1. My dogs get most of my food. . I have been hungry for this. Sure I could freeze food but. Im just getting used to doing that. Your recipe looks delicious. Nice video my dear friend!

You use just beef stew meat? What cut is that or will my butcher know? I have never made stew and we both love it. I dont have an insta pot but i have a pressure cooker. Is instapot a pressure cooker without being called that? Many are afraid of pressure cooking as such. Love your videos! Tyvm!

I find that slow release yields more flavorful tender meat. Also I like to brown the meat in the insta before adding the the flavorings but I understand this a quick down and dirty recipe for maximum convenience

That is surely easy. This is perfect for the not so experienced cook. I made some of the biggest messes cooking, when we got married 56 years ago. We didn't have internet to go to.

35 minutes for beef stew! I gotta get an Instapot. I usually reserve stews for the weekends because they take so long. This sounds great on a busy weeknight

Amazing how many people are more intrigued by your hair, than the efficient process by which you demonstrated this quick and undoubtedly delicious meal.

I'm a crockpot ride or die-I'm sure I can braise the meat first and then add it to the crockpot! this is sooo easy and sooo yummy! thank you for sharing
