I think you re wonderful! You seem to always make even a power outage cool no pun intended! My Mother was like that and that you still made a video for us to keep us entertained wow! (Hubby was great to help with the flashlight) I just looked at a few bananas that needed to be used so I will make some pancakes to eat and freeze good thing the stove was gas!

That's very ingenious of you to create new recipes during that time. The only thing I could think of was drinking as much hot tea as I could thank God I was at my daughter's house who had a gas stove, because mine is electric.
