I have often been known to eat green salad with blue cheese, sliced tomatoes, leftover sliced steak or chicken and any vegetable that is waiting in my fridge. Roasted cauliflower is great, even leftover from the night before.

I'm the same way! I love savory foods for breakfast. Especially leftovers if I have them. This salad with similar ingredients would do for me, too. We generally eat breakfast for dinner. None of us have time in the morning for a big breakfast. But for dinner. oh yeah!

Breakfast salad is a thing. When I worked the night shift as a nurse, when I got off at 7 in the morning, I ate salad. It was healthy and light so I would sleep with a heavy meal on my stomach

Looks wonderful! I too love a savory breakfast/brunch. No one I know seems to understand but I just comment that I am with most of the world and they are not. Thanks for sharing!

I eat whatever whenever and love eggs!
Ive never had sweet potato, except at Thanksgiving with marshmallows. Maybe I will buy a small one and try roasting it
