I cook this frequently in my Instant Pot. The one issue I have is all the teeny tiny bones from the turkey wings. I bought a sieve that fits in the top 4 inches of the pot so the wings cook in the broth but don t get lost in the dish. I can pull the sieve out, pull the meat off and put it back into the stew. This is a very favorite dish at our house. I m salivating due to this video and will need to make it again soon.

Beans and cornbread sounds great to me. I think I am going to try this. Wish I knew Mom s cornbread recipe. I have all her cast iron, but I don t have her recipe.

That s my kind of meal. I love and use smoked turkey for certain recipes especially greens. It takes it to the next flavor level.
