Huge thank you to Greg from Travizeo for filming and making this video Subscribe now: for 2 new videos every week. A totally different style video today, Essco Lab: When you cover it in so much dried chilli, you lose the subtle flavours, Mark always swamps everything in Chilli, so listening to a food reviewer who can only smell food (thankfully he can't add chilli to the smell) then it ruins the review. I hate to say it but his reviews are very one dimensional, literally no description of the subtle flavours and complexities of the dish. I've been married to a Thai for over 16 years and have to say, unless it's insanely spicy or over marinated, your taste buds lose their intricate abilities, and that's exactly what Marks reviews keep demonstrating.

You inspired me to make a Thai inspired fish/noodle/wok veggies soup. That was first time in my life i was eating fish in a soup. It was very good and i will make it more often, as im a fisherman and i need plenty of ways to prepare fish, so i dont get bored of it. Asian food is the way to go Keep em comming. Nice videos, and your videos show how the stuff is prepared, so I dont even need any recipes. I just use what i have, and cook like they do. It may be not exactly the same, but hey. Thai dont use any recipes. They also make food from what they have.

Can't argue there, Patkaphao gai/moo/khung (chicken, pork, shrimps) I can eat everyday with fried egg It is so good. Also Phatkanna moo khop -don't know the English name for it but that is good especially if the pork is really crispy. Masseman is also very good. This is what tourist should try, not the non spicy dishes that tastes nothing. Did that in Phuket and it tastes absolutely nothing when you not have the chili etc in the cocking.

Did Mark start saving up money when he was 2 years old? Who could possibly have enough money for paying crews of people to record his travels all over the world and eat as much food as he wants then talk about the food he just ate? Even better would be to randomly be selected and paid to do it. Probably best job in the history of human kind. All that hard work in the culinary industry and those 5 star restaurants have definitely paid off.

Praying for you, for the people shown in this video, praying for all of you, prayers going up to Heaven. You should never ever ever use HOLY in your food intro name, because you are using Gods name in vain because this is my Master, Majesty, El Elyon, Elohim, YESHUA Hamasiach, Yahweh, Messiah, God of the Universe, Creator, The Prince of Peace, Cornerstone, Healer, Provider.

I have been to Thailand 3 times in the past 2 years. Spending over 3 months there all total. As a vegan I was going mostly for the great variety of fruits but the vegan cooked dishes were also great. It's so fun to see the foods that I will never eat through Mark's experiences. This video really captures the culture and feel of Thailand if you have never been there. It's very informal

as a Thai I suggest you to eat pad kaprao (stir-fried msat with basil) anywhere that DO NOT put any veg in beside the basil. in this video he still add long bean which is unacceptable lolmost thai hate that many restaurant do that so much they put veg in to make the dish look much bigger. think of it just like how italian hate his pizza with pinapple

Those dishes are indeed really good but I think even if its not, this guy can make it to the new level with his presentation skill. Thats really awesome. Only one thing just to warn you is the amount of chili he put in his dish is a special talent, even for local people can not take that much spicy

Be honest with me give me an answer do you think I'm wrong for saying that two or three restaurants wasn't enough for you you're still hungry there's something wrong with you dude and for the record of those dishes look even closely good it's probably like 0. 15 a dish that's why you like it
